Facts: Charleston Collegiate is making their second
trip to the Roundball Classic. The Sun Devils are looking for their first
Roundball victory. The Sun Devils return seven players from a team that won 24
games last year. Coach Godbolt has 280 career victories and two state
championship appearances during his time at Charleston Collegiate.

Solomon - one of the top juniors in the state. Khalil
Davis - one of the top returning scorers in the state. Je’Quan Perry – a top
addition to the team. Matthew McClain -
an additional scorer and rebounder that should give the Sun Devils additional
depth..
Charlotte Christian School
Charlotte, North Carolina
Knights
Head Coach: Shonn Brown
Team
Facts: Charlotte Christian returns to the
Roundball Classic for the third time. The Knights return four lettermen from a
team that won 24 games last year. Charlotte Christian has won nine conference
championships in the last ten years.
Top
Players: Patrick Rooks - averaged 21 points per
game last year. Matthew Fisher-Davis – averaged 18 points per game last year.
Trey Phills – averaged 12 points per game last year. Chandler Goodson – averaged
8 points and 10 rebounds per game last year..
Goose Creek High School
Goose Creek, South Carolina
Gators
Head Coach: Blake Hall
Team
Facts: Goose Creek returns five lettermen from a
team that won 17 games last year. The Gators are considered one of the premier
programs in the state with four recent region championships and a state
championship in 2009. The Gators have claimed 86 victories in the last four
seasons. Coach Hall is in his first year at Goose Creek after winning the state
championship in first year at North Charleston. This will be Goose Creek’s
seventh appearance in the Roundball Classic.

game last year. Kameron Robinson averaged 5 points per game last year.
James Island Charter High School
Charleston, South Carolina
Trojans
Head Coach: Stan Wilkins
Team
Facts: The Trojans will be making their sixth
consecutive appearance in the Roundball Classic. The Trojans return three
lettermen from a team that won 15 games last year. This is possibly the
youngest team ever to play in the Roundball Classic with ten sophomores and one
freshman on the roster.

Players: Brady Schuck - started last year as a freshman. Other key
players include Lyles Davis, Davon Fludd, TreVon Garrett, James Hamilton, Ryan
Braswell, Immanuel Smalls, and Noah Munn.
Mount Saint Joseph High School
Baltimore, Maryland
Gaels
Head Coach: Pat Clatchey
Team
Facts: Mount Saint Joseph will be making their
first appearance in the Roundball Classic. Mount Saint Joseph returns seven
lettermen from a team that won 28 games last year. The Gaels have won 15 league and tournament
championships since 2003. Coach Clatchey has 472 career wins going into the
season.

Williams – one of the top players in the
country in the class of 2013 averaged 18 points per game last year. Williams
was the Baltimore Catholic League player of the year last year. Jaylen Adams –
averaged 10 points per game last year. Phil Booth – averaged 14 points per game
last year. Additional key players are Jordan McNeil, Charlie Jones, and Kyle
Doran. .
North Charleston High School
North Charleston, South Carolina
Cougars
Head Coach: Shaun Haggerty
Team
Facts: : The
Cougars return four lettermen from a team that won 22 games last year and won a
state championship. Shaun Haggerty takes over as head coach of the Cougars in
2012. The Cougars have won 43 games in the last two years and they have been
the host team for the Roundball Classic since the beginning of the event.
Top Players: Tre’Kwan
Raynor and Josh Grant are the top returning players for the Cougars. The
Cougars will also get help from key players, Dylan Godwin, Therin Levine,
Statan Levine, Ricky Simmons, and Tyrek Moody.
Northwood Temple Academy
Fayetteville, North Carolina
Eagles
Head Coach: Chris Lattimer
Team
Facts: The Eagles will be making their first
appearance in the Roundball Classic. Northwood returns six lettermen from a
team that won 26 games last year and won a conference championship.

Players: Aaron Totten – averaged 11 points and 5 assists per game
last year. Sidy Mohamed Djitte – averaged 12 points and 12 rebounds per game
last year. Macoumba Kane – averaged 14 points per game last year. Dominique
Kelman – Poto averaged 12 points per game last year. Darius Moore – averaged 7
points and 4 assists per game last year.
Our Lady of Good Counsel High School
Olney, Maryland
Falcons
Head Coach: Blair Mills
Team
Facts: The Falcons will be making their second appearance in the
Roundball Classic. The Falcons won a Roundball Championship in 2008. Our Lady
of Good Counsel returns six lettermen from last year’s team which won 10 games.
A Washington Catholic Athletic Conference team has played in the championship
game of the Roundball Classic each of the last five years.

Calomeris – averaged 10 points and 3 assists per game last year and made Honorable
Mention All – Conference. Byron Hawkins – averaged 17 points per game and made
All – Conference as a junior. Tre Thomas – averaged 13 points per game and made
Honorable Mention All – Conference as a junior. The Falcons will also get help
from Trevor Brown and Anthony Cowan.
Pinewood Preparatory School
Summerville, South Carolina
Panthers
Head Coach: Pat Eidson
Team
Facts: Pinewood Prep has won five state
championships in the last seven years. The Panthers have eight SCISA state
titles. Coach Eidson has 694 career victories coming into this season. Pinewood
returns five lettermen from last year’s team which won 17 games. In 2007 and
2008 Pinewood recorded two Roundball Classic second place finishes. Coach Eidson has 711 career victories coming
into this season and he recorded his 700 career victory at last year’s
tournament.

Radebaugh - averaged 12 points and 2 assists per game last year. Ryan Felder -
averaged 10 points and 7 rebounds per game last year.
Porter-Gaud School
Charleston, South Carolina
Cyclones
Head Coach: John Pearson
Team
Facts: Porter-Gaud returns to the Roundball
Classic for the second consecutive year. The Cyclones won 17 games last year
and they return 5 lettermen. In 2007 the Cyclones took home a third place
trophy in the Roundball Classic. Porter- Gaud will be making their tenth
appearance in the event.

Players: K. J. James – returns as a member of last
year’s Roundball Classic All –Tournament team. Michael Preddy, Sterling Smalls,
and Micheal Byrd are the other top returning players for Porter-Gaud.
Roswell High School
Roswell, Georgia
Hornets
Head Coach: Ty Phillips
Team
Facts: The Hornets
return six lettermen from a team that won 14 games last year and had the
school’s first winning season in a decade. Phillips led the Hornets to a Sweet
Sixteen appearance in 2011. Roswell plays in one of the nation’s top basketball
regions with several programs in the region being nationally ranked.

players for Roswell.
Stratford High School
Goose Creek, South Carolina
Knights
Head Coach: Troy Johnson
Team
Facts: Stratford is making their second trip to
the Roundball Classic. Their first appearance was in 2002. Stratford returns
six lettermen from a team that won 12 games last year. Coach Johnson has 248
career victories coming into this season and this is his fifth season at
Stratford.

Players: Demetre Rivers – one of the top juniors
in the area. Markel Epps is the team leader at point guard. Vernon Lowndes, TeAndre
Hansley, and Angel Guerrero are also key players for the Knights.
Summerville High School
Summerville, South Carolina
Green Wave
Head Coach: Gregg Elliott
Team
Facts: Summerville has won four conference championships
in the last six years. The Green Wave won a state championship in 2008.
Summerville last appeared in the Roundball Classic in 2006. Coach Elliot has 226
career wins coming into this season. The Green Wave return four lettermen for
their back to back conference championship team.

Players: Brandon
Wilkerson - averaged 13 points and 8 rebounds per game last year. John Jenkins,
Chris McKinnon, Kelvon Bellinger, and Isaiah Kinloch are also key players for
the Green Wave.
Thomas Jefferson High School
Brooklyn, New York
Orange Wave
Head Coach: Lawrence Pollard
Team
Facts: Thomas Jefferson will be making their
first appearance in the Roundball Classic. The Orange Waver return 10 lettermen
from a team that won 26 games last year. Thomas Jefferson was ranked as the top
team in New York City last year heading into the city championships. The Orange
Wave ended the season as the city runner-up when they lost in the finals at
Madison Square Garden.

Players: Jaquan Lynch - averaged 21 points per
game last year. Andron Thomas - missed the last two seasons due to a knee
injury, but he should be very productive
this year. Enolio Silfa and Khalil Jackson are key transfers. Nazi Stokes is
another key returning player.
West Ashley High School
Charleston, South Carolina
Wildcats
Head Coach: Ronnie Dupre
Team Facts: The Wildcats became the
first local team to win the Roundball since 1996 with a victory in the 2009
championship game. West Ashley has played in the Roundball Classic eight of the
past nine years. The Wildcats return five lettermen from a team that won 20
games last year. West Ashley has won five region championships in the past
eleven years and they were ranked 8th in the state in the AAAA pre-season poll.
Top Players: Daquan Glenn - a two
year letterman who started last year for the Wildcats. Ernest Heyward, Jr. - a
two year lettermen who made All-Region last year. Kevin Sobiesuo is another key
returning player.
Wando High School
Mount Pleasant, South Carolina
Warriors
Head Coach: David Eaton
Team
Facts: The
Warriors return to the Roundball Classic for the fourth year in a row. The
Warriors became the second local team to win the Roundball Classic since 1996
with a victory in the 2010 championship game over Peachtree Ridge. Wando returns seven lettermen from a team that
won 24 games last season.

Richie Alston, Trey Price, and Hampton Harvin are other top returning players
for Wando.
